Mirrors are an amazing tool. From safety to healthcare they have many uses, but the most common use is in the fact that A mirror can show your face. It can reflect your image But it cannot tell you who you are.
So when you look in a mirror,
What do you see?
Guilt?
Shame?
Unworthy?
Victim?
Those are not your name.
“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)
If you belong to Him,
you are made in His image.
“Fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)
Jesus knows your pain—
betrayal,
abuse,
ridicule,
loneliness.
But He wore only one name:
“Son of God.” (Luke 1:35)
So next time you face the mirror,
remember:
You are redeemed.
You are chosen.
You are loved.
The world doesn’t get the final word.
Jesus does.
And He calls you His.
